License Levels and Pricing:

Free Mode (unlicensed):
In the unlicensed mode, AASync will do Local-to-Local Folder Sync

Single User AASync License: USD $29
A license enables all Folder Sync operations, Remote-to-Local and Local-to-Remote using any avalable protocols (FTP/SFTP/SSH).
There is no educational pricing for AASync licenses.

Single, 5 or 10 user licenses are available in any quantity.

Free Demo Licenses are available! Make sure you order a demo license of the same level you intend to purchase.

Site installations with more than 50 users are eligible for volume discounts.

AASync licenses DO NOT do any kind of runtime authentication with AASync.com!

Licenses are floating:
Floating means that any user on the local LAN will be able to use the license, as long as it is installed properly (i.e. the license is saved in a directory that is reachable for all users). Please consult the License Registry Panel documentation for instructions. This will give you a lot of flexibility in how the licenses are used. If you have a license for 2 users, that means two simultaneous users. They can be anywhere (as in on any computer) on your LAN.

A change of computer will never require a new license purchase!

Almost all credit cards, checks and International money orders are accepted. Please note: the time it takes for us to deliver your license will vary based on the form of payment. With credit cards it is usually within an hour or two. Checks and other payment forms that involve sending payments in the snail mail take a lot longer, since they have to clear before we can send you your license. Purchase Orders: yes, we accept them, nevertheless they take a long time to issue and clear. It is much faster to use a credit card and get reimbursed by your organization. After reading the License Agreement (below) carefully, click on the "License AASync Now" link to bring up the order form. Fill out the required fields in the form and click "Free Evaluation" on the bottom of the page. Your evaluation license (good for 20 days) will be e-mailed to you. Make sure you DownLoad the latest version of AASync before getting a license.

In order to obtain a license to use AASync you must agree to all of the following terms and limitations:

1. All licenses are non transferable and may be used ONLY by the licensee.
2. Once a permanent license has been delivered, there will be NO refund. It is the responsibility of the licensee to try the free evaluation license to make sure AASync will work the way licensee expects.
